Our Network

PARTNERSHIP IS ONE OF THE STRENGTHS

A network of partners also for customers

In addition to the many partnership-based customer contacts in various industrial sectors, Suisse Technology Partners AG also maintains a distinctive network in professional associations, universities and with important strategic industrial partners. In addition to its own broad range of services as a technology service provider for many industrial customers, Suisse TP is also optimally networked for the targeted expansion of its competencies, even for very special requirements. This enables it to provide customers with even broader support and offer complex services from a single source.

The exchange with experts in a large but well-known network is an important component in order to be always up to date with the latest technology and to be able to support customers competently.

Shareholding

Gernet Althaus IP AG

In order to better guarantee the independence as an IP operating firm and to improve the sustainable further development of today's IP profit center, the former profit center (IP Law Firm) of Suisse Technology Partners AG will be transferred to a legally independent company, the patent and trademark law firm Gernet Althaus IP-AG, as of January 1, 2020. The services regarding patent, trademark and design protection correspond exactly to those of the previous IP Law Firm. The newly founded Gernet Althaus IP AG will take over all employees and technical resources of the former profit center IP Law Firm of Suisse Technology Partners AG. The official representation of your interests before the IGE in Bern, the European Patent Office and the WIPO in Geneva will continue to be handled by the registered patent attorneys Dr. Samuel Gernet and Dr. Roland Althaus, who are now also the responsible owners of Gernet Althaus IP AG.

Colaborations

Omya

Suisse Technology Partners AG and Omya Schweiz AG have had a strategic partnership in the field of aluminium finishing for over 5 years.

The close cooperation is used for direct technical customer support with work shops on site in the Suisse TP laboratories as well as for product innovations for the Omexal product portfolio (see product development SolGel). This also applies to the targeted further development of existing products for special customer requirements. The innovative products are developed in the surface and electroplating laboratories and can be simulated on a laboratory scale in the application of the corresponding customer processes. The quality of the developments for the customer is supported by the experts of both partners through environmental simulations or specific physical analysis methods in the neighbouring laboratories.

The synergy of the two partners enables Omya and Suisse Technology Partners to provide high-quality support to customers with short response times. The portfolio of services and innovative product development will be significantly expanded for both companies.

RUMUL

Russenberger Prüfmaschinen

By cooperating with Rumul, the leading manufacturer of dynamic resonance testing machines in the high-frequency range, Suisse TP has gained another competent partner. Through this partnership, new methods for monitoring dynamic fatigue tests will be applied. In addition to the already close monitoring of the individual cycles, optical systems are used to monitor the specimen stress. These systems directly measure the stress of the specimens optically and thus provide even more information about the quality and comparability of the individual tests. As a result, material-technological statements become even more precise and the interpretation of test results more soundly based.

The close cooperation of a technology leader in the field of dynamic resonance testing up to 1'000 Hz and at temperatures of up to 900°C with an accredited technology service provider is driving this innovation forward in order to make this technology available to customers in the automotive, transportation and aviation industries.

QUO

QUO specializes in the development of medical products and offers support from the analysis of requirements, idea generation, concept development to the marketability of products. Through the partnership between Suisse Technology Partners and Quo, it is possible to offer customers in the medical technology sector a complete service covering the entire product development process of medical products. The EU regulation 2017/745 on medical devices (medical device regulation) often poses challenges for customers, which this partnership can take over in full, so that customers can continue to concentrate on their daily business.
